Microsoft stops blaming Intel for Windows 10 incompatibility. I still blame both.

This Was the previous message I got from the "Get Windows 10" app in my tool bar, which blamed an Intel incompatibility. Microsoft removed that notice a while back, replacing it with "please wait" which disappeared after a few seconds. Now there's this new notice:

So now it may or may not be an Intel issue. I believe, since I have that Get Windows 10 app on my computer, Microsoft knows what's holding things up but isn't saying. And Intel probably knows whether my computer (Acer AX1470-UR11P) had Intel components that aren't compatible with Windows 10, but they're not saying. It goes without saying that I'm not a big fan of Microsoft or Intel right now.
