I just built this computer and it will no longer sleep at all. In fact, it will not even power down without turning itself back on. I tried the powercfg -lastwake and it blamed it on the Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller.
I have searched website after website and nothing shows up at all or I have tried what they have shown. I individually disabled the mice and key board and nothing happens at all.

Any help would be appreciated. I don't want to have to physically unplug my computer every time I need to shut it down
