IAStorDataSvc constantly running

I recently upgraded to Windows 10, where my IAStorData Svc (product version 9.5.0.1037) is constantly running at 15% of my CPU.  Do I need to upgrade to a newer version?

I have an older HP Pavillion Elite computer running i7 2.8Ghz Processor.
