Strange system device: intel Xeon PCI and DRAM controllers on device running i7 4720hq

Hi everyone,

I just noticed that in Device Manager>System Devices  there are two strange devices: intel(R) XEON(R) processor E3 - 1200 v3/4th Gen Core processor DRAM controller - 0C04    and     intel(R) XEON(R) processor E3 - 1200 v3/4th Gen Core processor PCI Express x16 Controller - 0C01.

My laptop is running an i7 4720hq and has intel HD Graphics 4600.All the components are up-to-date but i have no idea why there are two system devices called "Intel Xeon" , given the fact that I have an i7.I need to mention that I have downloaded and used a driver updater(Advanced Driver Updater) and that this software might have installed those drivers.Should I disable and uninstall those drivers or they are normal ?In the same system devices list there are 4 intel 8 series PCI Express Root Ports (#1 #2 #3 #5) , a SMBus Controller, a HM87 LPC Controller and a Management Engine Interface.

Thank you for your time!
