Visual Bios - Hard disk management

Hi everyone,

In older BIOS's it was standard practice for me to kill a partition and then boot Windows off a CD and let it deal with formatting and installing itself. Only now, I don't see any partition controls in visual bios. Am I missing it, if not, how do I reconfigure hard disk partitions now?
