Hi, i'm having some doubts about sending my CPU to RMA. I discussed with intel support through an email (supportreplies@intel.com) they said to send the cpu to them and scheduled a pick up with DHL, DHL then sent me an email with some .pdf files from the email intelwarrantyreturns@dhl.com with the schedule and the pdf that I need to attach to the package, they failed to show up on the date they scheduled so naturally I sent back an email to both supportreplies@intel.com and dhl.com + my local dhl.ro. (Dhl.ro btw didn't have ANY data on me or my collection). Now a lady from Intel called me from the number 0044 1793 405043 telling me that they are sorry for the delay and that they scheduled a new date for tomorrow for pickup and told me to verify my email while on the phone with her, I did and then she appologized again and we finished the convo. I'm super relunctant now to send the product because it really seems like a scam and i'm affraid of scams sooo bad, the pdf says i'm sending the cpu to rma in The Netherlands at DHL supply chain, the phone number is an UK Phone number from Swindon, I have no idea if the emails, phone numbers, are legit... can anyone help me out here and assure me this is legit? Thanks and sorry for being paranoid... the piece im sending is very expensive for the type of cash I make.
