Intel partnership programs for Medical Machine Learning start-up

Dear Intel Team,

      We are a machine learning startup working with Radiology Imaging data.  I was wondering if Intel has any programs similar to Nvidia's "Inception" program, which provides technical advice and product discounts to start-ups.
