Return and refund for 600P

I'm not sure this is correct place to ask about return and refund for intel 600P.

However, I could not find proper place in Intel hompe page.

5 September, I bought 600P series (128G 15ea, 256G 5ea, 512G 4ea) through Amazon's Antonline. Due to slow shipping serivce, asked to cancel the order. But Antonline shipped. Now, we are willing to return the goods to them, they are asking us to return Intel (manufacturer) because our purchase has been exceeded.

Please advise us we can return the goods to Intel and can be refuneded. We did not use at all and would return as it is.
