Intel Services Manager Crash Help

HI After I move house I've been getting Crash reports from the Intel Services Manager

The one shows up

Then another within about 15 sec

then another about a minute later

as well as

Having to disable my new GPU so to get a constant image on my screen when its active the screen flickers on and off

When disactive I get funny screen effects (have a look at the PIC) its worse on the far right of the screen and almost not at all on the left

I think it maybe the PSU but have no Idea when it comes to this problem, so thought its best to ask the experts
