To make a long story short; I've been sold an Intel Xeon CPU by someone (private sale, second-hand) which is not working, and thus been scammed for the amount I paid for it.
I filed a complaint with the local consumer council, in an attempt to revert the sale, or reach any sort of agreement between me and the seller. The consumer council asked if I could provide a statement from a qualified 3rd party, for which I can only think of Intel themselves.
I would be very thankful if anyone could help me out, or point me in the direction of someone who could. I will simply ask a few questions and you will allow me to forward your answers to the council. This is purely a civil matter, the statement will not be used in a court of law. The answers you provide is entirely up to you, I will not change them or persuade you to answer in one way or another.
Thank-you.
