Has anybody tried the little Canon RC6 remote with an Intel NUC6i7KYK Skull Canyon?

I have found this little Canon RC6 remote

I was wondering if this could be used to power on (from s5) a Intel NUC6i7KYK Skull Canyon?

It doesn't have to do anything else, just power on from s5.

And if nobody has tried, what would be the easiest way to try to do this?

Any suggestions for BIOS/Windows (Pro) 10 settings?
