"Communication with service process failed. Tray cannot start."

Hello,

This error message

"Communication with service process failed. Tray cannot start."

is displayed each time Windows start since several days. I've no idea of the origin of the problem. I have seen another message speaking about that also, but no solution where clearly proposed.

The same is obviously displayed when I try to start "Intel's Driver and support Assistant Tray"

I'm using Windows 10, I've no idea of the information I can give to be helped, if someone can do it.
