Intel HD 4600 - Poor HDMI Quality

Hello,

I recently decided to use HDMI as Video Output because the quality is 'better' than VGA, but now in my case it's worse because I don't get an HD screen. When I try to put the resolution to 1920x1080, I get an overscan, so I have to adjust the screen at the intel graphic options. But that won't help, everything is a little bit blurred. I tried adjusting settings on my TV, I put "Aspect Ratio" to "AUTO" (as there is no option called 1:1 or Just Scan, I assume this is a similar option.) and nothing differs from the "16:9" option  This is my TV ( http://www.beslist.be/elektronica/d0000283546/z5KVo5yZo6RenpySlaSe/Haier_LET32C800H.html )

I really don't know what I can do more. These are my settings: http://gyazo.com/1983615c5f7ee12f765e64c3b001cb62.png

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

PS: the normal TV resolution is designed for 1366x768, but when I use 1366x768, I get an overscan and I'm not able to fix it like the 1920x1080 because there is no adjusting option like the picture above.
