How can I uninstall Turboboost 2.0?

I had an older version of Turboboost installed and I tried to install v 2.6. It did not install because I already had a version. Then I tried to uninstall the older version and it won't let me telling me it cannot find Turboboost.msi.    

I'd like some help uninstalling Turboboost.  When I try to run Turboboost.exe, a window flashes on the screen and the program shuts down without an error message.

I have this processor:   Core i5-2450m CPU @ 2.5GHz  L3Cache 3MB  threads 4  cores 2.  After I clean up the mess I caused, can I use version 2.6 or 3 without a problem?
