intel nuc skull canyon download slower that upload

Hello,

I have an intel nuc skull canyon running window 10 pro and the download speed is very slow on Wifi.  The max I get is 3 Mbps on a 40Mpbs.  All of my other devices can get speeds of 30+ Mbps.

I have updated the BIOS to 0051 and the wireless to 20.10.2.2 but this has not made a difference. Windows 10 is fully up to date.  Any idea what might be causing the slowdown?
