I don't know why but my desktop refuses to download the Intel Graphics 4000 driver that is supported by my Intel i5 3570K CPU. The display driver that came with my motherboard is unable to download the drivers. Same with manually downloading the driver from the website: VGA (v15.28.6.64.2857) (zip version) <these tell me "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software."> or Win64_15313.exe <this tells me "This operating system is not supported">. I have Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit OS. What is wrong with the driver or my OS?
