Can be possible to set the base frecuency to 2.0 Ghz into the Celeron N3150?

Hello , maybe the question would be in this way...

Can you set the base frecuency to 2.0 ghz instead the factory 1.6 ghz, because the processor tilts when is turning on into the "burst frecuency"  .
