Dell Computer with Intel HD 4000 - screen flickers blue horizontal lines, then goes black

I am new to this forum and am hoping to get some help with my video issue.  My monitor has started to show a blueish horizontal series of lines that flicker within a few minutes of the computer being turned on and

used.  Then within a minute or two of that the screen actually goes dark completely, within an occasional flickering of what was on the screen, but so quick that I am not even given the opportunity to process a shut down

of the computer.  My Dell parts list shows the computer to contain the Intel HD 4000 Graphics Driver.  It runs on Windows 10.  I've tried everything on the monitor side--replaced the monitor, cables, etc. and the issue

is definitely in the computer itself and assume it's something to do with your product.
