I am French but i think everybody is speaking english here so i will try to do my best 
I want to use my intergrate webcam for 3 days (i didn't use it for months i think) but every time this message : "Error at loading ippSP library" - "No DLLs were found in the Waterfall procedure" is coming and i can't use my webcam ! I tried to do what is explained there (Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives (Intel® IPP) - Error: | Intel® Developer Zone ) but well, i don't understand well what i am doing and even if, i tried to change the PATH variable with some variables i found on Internet but that didn't help me.
Could someone please help me for this problem ? I really don't know what i could do and there are really not a lot of help on Internet ... English doesn't help me to do it better
