How can make a boot disk for Intel® Processor Identification Utility

Hi, I recently wanted to determine if my MacPro has Hardware Virtualization enabled.  It seems like the easiest way to determine this (since Mac's have no bios) is to use the Intel® ProcessorIdentificationUtility (or learn the EFI stuff)

This utility however seems to require to be on a bootable floppy disk.

So, though I can get access to a Windows machine to run the executable, it seems determined to write to a floppy disk on a:.  I haven't even seen a computer with a floppy drive in years.

How can I put this on a bootable DVD, or bootable USB key or something?

Thanks.
