The way to gather os power information using winrm

Client: Windows7 sp1

Server: Winsvr2008R2 sp1

Server's AMT: 8.0.4.0061

Prerequisits: AMT has been set up correctly and ntwork access is confirmed.

Requirement: Identify whether OS is running using winrm query for target server.

Question:

>How do I setup the winrm environment? (Winrm remote access is denied when I try accessing the server remotely using following command:)

    winrm get winrm/config -r:<servername>

>Could you tell me the winrm command line to confirm whether the power state of target os? (S0, S1, or S5.)

>If you have information, could you tell me the location or URL of information about answers of above questions?
