I recently purchased a laptop with an Intel processor. Making use of the Microsoft Edge browser (as well as Google Chrome) I carefully inputted the required unique ID. However it does not seem to be recognised. I have tried using the help page links but have no response from Intel. Who can I contact about this?

Intel 82547 EEPROM MAC address mismatch issue confirm
we found MAC address has mismatched sometimes after programming MAC into 82547 EEPROM finished. Please kindly help to figure out why CRC and Checksum is right, but lost 2 bytes MAC address changed into"0000". Thanks.

How do I install Intel WDT to Windows 10 with Asrock H81 Pro BTC R2.0 motherboard and G1840 processor?

Processor Intel Celeron g1840 is fully compatible with this technology but there is no Intel WDT option in hardware list and no such option in BIOS either.

SGX install problem
I would like to install tool about SGX .
When I install PSW , it says "This platform is not SGX-compatible. Please check your SGX BIOS settings . Install will cancel "
But my computer is SGX-compatible .
Here is my equipment :
CPU : Intel Core i3 - 7100 @ 3.90 GHz
MB : ASUS H110M - K

SGX AESM Service
I wish to create a SGX platform in windows and now I install all app of the SGX(Intel SGX SDK for Windows,PSW,SgxPlatformCapabilityTool....and so on).
But when I install done, it says "Intel(R) SGX is currently disabled.
Contact your computer manufacturer to see if SGX is supported on your platform."
while CLICK the "SgxPlatformCapabilityTool" .
I check the computer event to make sure what happen is .
It says "AESMService: SGX is Disabled at AESM Service startup "
I find all the way from Google but I can't find out
Has anyone done this with or without issues?

Intel Driver Update Utility v2.8.07 - continually returns same results
i have run the update utility standard and as administrator several times now, and every time i get identical results. the same drivers come up for my wireless/bluetooth components and the inf files for Intel chipset.
the wireless component driver versions match between the installed version and the latest version
per the utility's history:
the bluetooth component updated successfully (several scans ago)
the inf utility did not update successfully (however when checking driver versions in device manager the appropriate version does show on various components)
i have Dell M7710 on Win10 64bit v1703 15063.413
does getting the same result repeatedly mean that the utility isn't compatible with my system? any advice would be appreciated.

Intel Driver Update Utility silent installation
Greetings,
I'm no sure where this should be posted, so I will put it here.
Whenever the Intel Driver Update Utility is installed silently to a client system, it notifies the user via the Interactive Services Detection there is a window that needs attention. Regular user accounts cannot open this other window.
It's the window asking whether use wishes to participate in the feedback program.
Is there a way to configure the installer to skip or auto-accept this question?
It's been doing this since 2.7.x.

Ho dovuto formattare attraverso una pen drive il tablet Mediacom W810 (partizione di ripristino danneggiata).
Sono riuscito ad installare quasi tutti i drivers, ma in Gestione Periferiche compare un punto interrogativo
riportando la voce "Controller audio multimediale", avente ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0F28&SUBSYS_72708086&REV_0F\3&11583659&0&A8
Vorrei sapere quale driver dovrei scaricare per il sistema operativo da me utilizzato, cioè Windows 10 32 bit (x86)

I managed to install almost all drivers, but in Device Manager a question mark appears

Intel Driver Update Utility - Unable To Start
Hi, I have a Dell Lapton Inspiron 5559 Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6500U running Windows 10 Home version 1703 build 15063.413 with Intel Driver Update Utility 2.8.0.7 installed on it, and every time I turn my computer on I get this message:
Intel Driver Update Utility is unable to start a supporting system service failed to start.
How can I solve this issue?

Intel Parallel Studio XE 2017 (Cluster edition) integration in Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise or Community
My problem is integration of Intel Parallel Studio XE 2017 (Cluster edition) in Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise. Afther the finishing installation proces of Intel Parallel Studio XE 2017 and afther starting a Visual Studio there is no Intel project option in new project option in Visual Studio. Also, i get a message, which is in attachment, afther starting a modify or repair instance in Intel Paralel Studio XE installation starting again.
What is the solution for this kind of issue?

Will SCIPY survive the loss of FORTRAN evaluation license
Hi, sorry if this is a dumb question. I have a broken version of Python 2.7 with a horrible mix of VS libraries that I cant debug. I figure what the hey, I'll just rebuild everything from source, including SCIPY, etc, using Visual Studio FORTRAN, C++, MKL, etc. What could go wrong :-)
I have VS 2017 for C++, but only an evaluation copy of FORTRAN compiler. My assumption is that any Fortran-related DLL's, etc, that get built will all survive the loss of the compiler license, but I wanted to check first.

Intel IRST successfully uses RAID 1, but sees mechanical disks as SSD disks.
As you can see, the two WD Caviar RED (NAS) disks are properly mounted and used in RAID 1 configuration
But if you access the windows disk tools, with the intention of defragmenting, the mechanical RAID 1 disk is seen as SSD !! Therefore it is not possible to defragment it.
I've tried ALL the IRST drivers released to date. The version currently used is the last of June 2017 v15.7.0.1014
The latest version of IRST drivers that worked fine and correctly recognized the mechanical disks was INTEL-RAPID-STORAGE-RAID-WIN7-64BIT - 12.9.0.1001. Unfortunately, however, this is an old version suitable for Windows 7-64 bit, not compatible with Windows 10-64bit
I'm wrong, or Intel does not sufficiently optimize Its drivers for brands like Asus?
